  • Once you are through the farm gates, follow the road towards Simon’s Restaurant.

  • Please follow the instructions of the volunteer at Wendy's corner.

  • Cars will be directed to park immediately before being checked in and handing over donations and any special items.

  • It is important that you follow our helper’s directions and instructions and REMAIN IN YOUR CAR AT ALL TIMES.

  • Checking in will only start at 6pm. Please do not arrive before 5:30pm.

  • Please remember that the helpers are only there to assist you and we would appreciate your co-operation and support throughout the process. We promise to check you in as quick as possible. Any unnecessary aggression or rudeness will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.

  • Families can then make their way to the loading bays once tractor rides begin.
